But for a "service" to survive it has to perform a function beyond feather it's own nest (like any business). Once it stops doing that and, as in the case of so many of these sites, tries to minimize or remove the symbiotic relationship between the developer and them (by not linking to the products home page, only using redirects for the download file, almost hiding the download amid a sea of Adwords etc) it becomes a matter of relevance. To become irrlelevant is generally extinction for a species and a business model. Time will tell I guess. :-) Hi Kathy,
